I've got a droid incredible that I am trying to get back to stock but I am having a tough time since this phone is so old and the guides I can find are outdated. I have s-off but I do not have a custom recovery installed and without one I can't seem to flash anything. I have tried this, but this assumes you have root and custom recovery already installed.
